What Support Can Do

npcfix supports live troubleshooting, visible remote control, approved restart-safe support, endpoint status reporting, and maintenance tasks such as OS health checks or Defender scans.
What customers should expect
- A technician gives you a support code or direct link.
- You approve the support action before access begins.
- Restart-safe support requires explicit approval and a Windows security prompt.
- You can call North Point Computers to verify the session before continuing.
What this is not
npcfix is not a public download portal. Do not install support software unless you requested help or are working directly with a North Point Computers technician.
