Set up remote support only when your technician gives you a code.

npcfix is the guarded support setup page for North Point Computers customers. It is used for live troubleshooting, restart-safe maintenance, and supervised OS health checks.

Verify the technician. You should already be speaking with North Point Computers at (361) 668-0599 or through an active service request.

Enter the six-character code. The code opens a customer-specific setup page and expires after use.

Approve Windows prompts deliberately. Restart-safe support is installed only after approval from you or your authorized representative.
